Mousse Process-Systems offers a wide range of handling robots as well as lifting beams to aid materials handling using vacuum technology. Our stacking and destacking systems can be adapted to all palletizing and depalletizing applications. VHL-5300 Vacuum hoist - lifting capacity 5.3 Tonne. Overall machine area 1400 mm x 6000 mm. Consisting of 4 multi-cell foam faced grippers each with an area of 800 mm x 1400 mm. Turbine rating 7.5 kW. - Theoretical suction force 16128 daN Suspended from a 7 Tonne capacity radio controlled crane. Supporting steel gantry and framework makes it possible to move laminated wooden frame walls within a workshop area of 20m X 80m.
VHL - C250 vacuum lifter equipped with two carbon fibre technology foam grippers designed for handling dry or wet wood with splits or uneven surfaces - Picking up the boards layer by layer. Lifting capacity 250 kg Raising and Lowering by means a contracting tube diameter - 320 mm The gripping system is powered by a 7.5Kw turbine.
VHL-T80 vacuum lifter Equipped with 4 foam faced grippers PMSC 80 mm x 1200 mm. Lifting capacity 80kg. Raising and lowering by means of a contracting tube - diameter 250 mm. Vacuum unit consisting of a 4Kw turbine Gantry dimensions 8000 mm x 7500 mm Roller mounted Aluminium lifting beam with a span of 7500 mm. The lifting beam allows handling of folded sheet metal plates in a factory manufacturing modular partitions.

Vulcan 300 XS Robot Equipped with 2 foam faced grippers size 800 mm x 200 mm. Turbine power 4.3 kw. â This Vulcan Robot lifting capacity is 300Kg. The robot automatically sorts and stacks oak sleepers coming off the saw line into 18 positions.
Cirrus 500XC Robot equipped with 5 Carbon Fibre Foam Grippers, dimensions 250mm x 1250mm Self-regulated turbine power 9.2 kw. - The lifting capacity of the Cirrus 500XC Robot is 500Kg. The robot's speed makes it possible to plane 2 layers of boards per minute â The robot unstacks layers of square-edged timber to feed a planer and then stacks the pieces after machining.
