Mouse Process-Systems offers complete mechanized lines, Including roller or chain conveyors, automatic board alignment, layer preparation conveyors, sorters, unscramblers, wood-to-wood stacking, trimmers, automatic cross cut saws, automatic sticking, and brushes for stick removal.
Infeed and outfeed for a 4-sided moulding line installed in Nantes in 2020. Pack infeed chain conveyor. Automatic brushing/sweeping to remove slats, destacking of the layers of planks, feeding planks end to end into the 4-sided moulder, layer forming conveyor at the outfeed, automatic restacking and stack removal conveyor.
Mechanized preparation of square-edged layers for the automatic stacking of Poplar planks and rafters. Installed in the Somme in 2016. Unscrambler, aligner, layer builder and automatic stacker.
Mechanization in a softwood sawmill Destacking, stick removal and end to end board feeding. Installed in the Tarn in 2021.
